Gene Footman was my sales consultant- he was very good. He had great follow up, very Veela informed. He was able to get me the car I wanted , which right now is challenging. I had to wait a few months, but locking in the price as he adviced paid off for me. The management was supportive and Lori in Finance also great. This is my 4th Mazda and based on this experience- thanks to Gene Footman it won’t be my last.

Had an amazing experience at this place (just purchased a 2021 Mazda3). I am out of state and was able to negotiate the terms before making the 2 hour drive. They worked with me on the price and negotiated the fees so we reached a happy medium. I worked with Zermin and Steve, both were straightforward, professional, responsive, and helpful. After visiting several dealership in NJ and dealing with the stereotypically sleazy and pushy sales staff, Hamden was a breath of fresh air. Honestly confused about the negative reviews on here, I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Just purchased a CX 30 at Hamden Mazda and had a great experience. I worked with a first-rate salesperson, Dean Artusa, who was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. The dealership had a good inventory, considering the issues with new and used car supply that we’re all facing in late-Covid. A great car at a reasonable price for the current market.

I took my car (Mazda CX3) in for a servicing on 23 Feb 2019. When the servicing was completed, I was told that the service technician could not rotate me automobile tires because they were aftermarket tires. I found this to be extremely weird in that the tires were rotated during all the other services. I paid my bill and returned home. Once home; I compared the receipt with all the other servicing receipts. The other receipts stated the tires were rotated. The price for all the servicing appointment were the same. The body shop did a great job replacing and repairing the areas damaged from a minor collision. They were very professional and the car looks good as new.

Pleasant and comfortable place to wait while 4 new tires were installed and the car aligned. Bianca MacDowell is super helpful and a great communicator.

Nothing crazy. Got a few belts and a water pump replaced. Then they additionally replaced my brakes which were in need of replacement. The big kicker is that they put me in 2 new courtesy SUVs and then Jonathon did me a solid and allowed me to keep the SUV for 2 extra days to get me through the snow storm. That's customer service right there 👍🏽

We went in for a service on my cx-9, and left with a second car! After losing our second car in an animal collision, we werent sure when we could get a new car. Ara and Eddy searched and found all the ways we could save to be able to afford a new car. Couldn't be happier with how our visit went!

Waiting 90 minutes for an oil change is a bit much. The paperwork said they topped off my windshield fluid, they did not. The low fluid warning light still came on, so I checked and it wasn't filled. The paperwork says it was. Makes me wonder if something else wasn't done that the paperwork says was done. I didn't check the paperwork until I got home which is too far to go back for windshield fluid.

Excellent service...I just wish it wasn’t so expensive ...I will most likely have to find another place to take my car which I’m not happy about...I simply can’t afford Partyka

Took my motorcar to have the breaking system checked as I was hearing noises underneath. An assessment was done by a certified technician (including test driving to ascertain the source of the noise). I am very pleased to say that once the vehicle was in the service bay a thorough physical examination of the braking system was done, (which revealed that more extensive repairs were needed than I had anticipated). The requisite parts were sourced and the estimate to effect repairs was communicated to me forthwith. The best part was that I was given a loaner vehicle for the duration ...

After three visits and some communication snafu the service was completed sucessfully. It pays to call early and have Mark or Charlie verify progress and smooth over any commuovatom issues. They are both very nice, professional and helpful.

Overall the service was really good. The issue was that both times I attempted to get my car serviced on two separate times with appointments. In both attempts the shuttle was not available within a reasonable timeframe (wait was 45+ minutes) despite informing the schedule I’d need a shuttle to work. Very thankful to Bianca for personally driving me to make up for this issue.

I came in because my lease was about to be up in two months and,I wanted something smaller than my 2015 Equinox Jamie presented a Trax which was the base model I refused that since I wanted more than that model offered however he presented a 2018 Trax Premier and I was impressed and pleased it has everything I wanted and more especially after having a loaded Equinox The financial advisor Richard went above and beyond getting me financing so now I can say I’m still part of the Chevy family at Lee Partyka and a proud owner of a 2018 ...
